The OEMG300 series high accuracy MEMS inertial measurement unit is an integrated six-axis MEMS inertial sensor which is highly reliable and cost-effective, and can be widely used in navigation, control, and measurement fields that focus on inertial navigation and attitude stability. The OEMG300 series MEMS IMU can provide different hardware and software configuration to satisfy the requirement of customers. According to the characteristic of some inertial navigation applications, the MEMS gyros can be replaced by higher accuracy or higher dynamic MEMS gyros, so as to meet the needs of different customers.
Advanced Process and Technology
The OEMG300 series MEMS IMU integrates high performance MEMS gyros and MEMS accelerometers in independent structure. And, the selected gyros and accelerometers are manufactured through leading process techniques. All of the electronic components in the IMU have been realized nationalization of 100%. The angular motion of carrier is measured
by the three-axis MEMS gyros, and the linear accelerometer of carrier is measured by the three-axis accelerometer. The OEMG300 IMU can maintain high accuracy consistently by full temperature compensation of bias drift, scale factor, non-orthogonal error, and acceleration. Meanwhile, the structural vibration reduction and adhesive seal design is adopted to ensure that the IMU can still accurately measure the angular motion and linear motion of the carrier in the harsh environment, so as to provide customers with low-cost and high reliability solutions.
