The OEMG300B series of inertial measurement units integrate high-performance MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers in an independent structure. The gyroscopes and accelerometers selected by the system represent the leading level of MEMS process inertial devices. All electronic components in the system have achieved 100% localization. The angular movement of the sensitive carrier of the three-axis MEMS gyroscope and the linear acceleration of the sensitive carrier of the three-axis MEMS accelerometer. The system has compensated for the zero position of the full temperature parameter, the scale factor, the non-orthogonal error and the acceleration-related items.
